His culinary expedition began 20 years ago as a young man. Since then Chef Baksh has been determined to learn from the best including his dad and uncle who are some of the area’s prominent chefs. His cooking journey has given him invaluable experience in the kitchen of some of the area’s leading catering establishments. As a chef, Baksh brings to you his collection of unique flavours, recipes and also his own take on some of the most popular dishes. His family were the pioneers of “Open Kitchen View” cooking” for Indian takeaways in the North West, and this standard has now been routinely adopted by almost all.
